Hardware proof
- Real 4K HEVC 24/25/30 fps files; representative projector and TV compatibility matrix.
- 1,000 measured transitions with no visible black frame; audio gap assessment.
- 72-hour thermal/run test; active-cooler noise measured in a quiet room.
- 50 power-loss/restart cycles; OS recovery, media retention and last-known-good playback.
- Missing/corrupt file, storage disconnect, failed upload, interrupted update and HDMI reconnect.
- Five venue pilots with independent users; signed observations and incident log.
- Sync release separately: real display capture, offset/drift percentiles and worst case over 8 hours; 3/5-player groups, venue Wi-Fi load, Ethernet, clock loss and reconnect.
Commercial and regulatory gate
- Trademark/domain clearance, legal seller identity and actual supplier quotes.
- Lab-defined compliance scope, test evidence, final technical file and signed DoCs.
- Appropriate CE/UKCA route, labels, serials, translated instructions and manufacturing controls.
- WEEE, packaging, EU operator/importer, customs and VAT route for each launch country.
- PSTI/RED cyber/CRA scope and compliance, reporting contact, update policy, licence/royalty review.
- Support staff, documented warranty/returns, insurance and finished spare stock.
Website sales gate
- Connect a genuine sales inbox or lead service; replace local download CTA only after delivery is verified.
- Add real company name, registered/contact address and contact details; do not invent them.
- Publish reviewed terms, consumer rights, warranty, delivery costs/times and privacy notice.
- Add tax-correct checkout, stock and payment service; verify test payment, receipt, refund and failed-payment states before live payment.
- Replace concept imagery and performance targets with real product photographs and measured capabilities.
- Keep prototype/no-orders wording until every sale gate passes; no invented testimonials, certification badges or availability dates.
What works in this prototype
Market/package pricing controls, loop UI simulation, FAQ disclosures, multipack-to-brief selection, locally generated installation brief and editable scenario calculations. None sends hardware commands or an enquiry, processes payment or proves a player.
